Whirlpool Broadband Survey 2009 Logo

The Australian Broadband Survey, run by Whirlpool.net.au, is now open, so consumers can once again have their say about the state of broadband in Australia.

AppleUsers.org recommends all users of broadband in Australia spends the ten or so minutes required to complete the survey.

Last year, Whirlpool managed almost 20,000 responses, and they hope to exceed that level this year. As always, the survey is not about advertisers or company research — they just want to share your opinion on important issues like internet filtering, pricing, customer service and reliability of service.

The survey closes on the 31st of January 2010, after which the results will be analysed in detail.
Whirlpool will post the results on the Whirlpool website sometime in February and a summary report will be available to journalists, with additional analysis available upon request.

Be sure to make your views count by completing the survey now!
